Pre-order Policy

We offer pre-orders for recently announced products that will be delivered at a future date.  The expected delivery date, as provided by the manufacturer, is disclosed in the product description.  For delivery dates estimated by quarter (e.g. Q1), assume the end of the quarter (e.g. March 31st in such example).  However, actual delivery dates may vary due to reasons beyond our control.  

We offer the most competitive pre-order deposits in the industry - 10% deposit for most items or less.  Pre-order deposits are NRD (non-refundable deposits) and reserve your item from our expected manufacturer delivery.  We also offer payment plans.  Please contact us directly to arrange a plan.  We offer payment options as long as three months for instock inventory and six months for pre-orders (duration subject to purchase amount). 

Expected delivery dates may be revised from time to time based on information provided by the manufacturer.  If a delivery date is delayed by more than six months from it's original date, you may cancel the pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit.
