Shipping policy
We ship at carrier calculated cost based on the specific item dimension and weight and your address. Shipping is not a profit center for us. If, for whatever reason, we find that actual shipping cost is significantly different than that quoted at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you and bill or refund for the difference. If you do not like the revised shipping cost, you are welcome to cancel the order for a full refund. We strive for our shipping costs to be fair and accurate for both you and us, and we pass along to you the best available discounted rates made available by Shopify.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Most in-stock orders will ship within two business days.
All packages are insured for the purchase price of the item(s). We typically ship in the factory shipper, even for smaller items (e.g. Hot Toys and 1/10th scale Iron Studios, for example) to keep shipping cost down to pass along to you. If you want a double boxed item, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we can accommodate in most cases for an additional cost of packaging and shipping to you. You will receive an e-mail with package tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If the shipping address does not match the billing address on your order, we may require you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. We do this for both our protection and yours to prevent fraudulent use on your credit card. To list an alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask to add the address to the notes on your account. Doing this prior to placing an order with us will help us expedite your order.
